SUMMARY
The proposed site plan will make the area more walkable and universally accessible, connect the neighborhood to community spaces, and help mitigate stormwater runoff. The sites will serve as a neighborhood center that accommodates people of all ability levels. Main features include ADA accessible housing and parking, universally accessible outdoor spaces, rain gardens to capture stormwater, and recommended improvements to the West End Park.
